Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Conversion X provides professional services under retainer or project agreements. Fees cover work, time and resources committed to your account. The specific commercial terms of any engagement (including fees, billing cycle, notice periods and refund eligibility) are set out in your signed agreement, which takes precedence over this general policy.

Introductory strategy calls and growth audits offered via this website are provided free of charge and carry no payment, and therefore no refund applies.

Either party may end an ongoing engagement by giving written notice as specified in the relevant agreement. Work in progress and fees accrued up to the effective cancellation date remain payable.

• Before work has started: if you request a refund before we begin work on your project, we will refund the amount paid.
• Once work has started: no full refund is available. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable, and any refund of the remaining balance is at our discretion.
• Once work is completed: no refund is available.
• Third-party and production costs are always payable. Costs we commit on your behalf, such as influencer fees, video and content editing, ad spend or ad credits, and other production costs, are non-refundable even if you cancel, as these are paid to third parties. This applies to reels and to all other services.
• Any approved refund is processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.
